Shipping methods
All orders are processed within 24 hours and entrusted to the courier over the next day. We only use express couriers. After the purchase phase, we will send an email with details to check the status of the order in real time. In addition, at the time of shipment and once the waybill has been processed, we will send an email with the tracking number of the shipment.
EU shipping costs
shipping costs on orders are calculated during the purchase. You can also know them in advance by simulating the purchase as the application automatically calculates the shipping costs based on the country of destination.
Orders over $250 USD (excluding duties, taxes, and shipping) will receive free standard shipping.
International shipments
The shipping costs are visible at the time of Checkout. It should be noted that, if requested, costs related to customs clearance of the goods may be added to the shipping cost.
